BCREA 2020 First Quarter Housing Forecast Update

"The outlook for home sales in 2020 is considerably brighter than the past two year," said Brendon Ogmundson, BCREA Chief Economist.

BCREA is forecasting residential sales in BC will increase 10.3% this year. And due to limited inventory, home prices will likely rise 4.8%.
